Times of Services

Sunday worship is normally at 10.00 in Gaelic and 11.30 in English.

Occasionally for special reasons, joint services are held as announced.

Services at St Columba's have been temporarily suspended during the Covid-19 emergency.

Notices and Announcements

Our interim Moderator, Rev. Melvyn Wood, is available to support our congregation whenever possible.  Anyone who wishes to become a full communicant member of the congregation or seeks baptism should speak to him or one of the elders who will be delighted to discuss the details.

Please pray for  any of our congregation who are unable to attend church due to illness.  If you know of someone who is ill, either at home or in hospital, please let the Interim Moderator or Session Clerk know.

Please pray for our neighbouring Church of Scotland congregations, with whom we share the responsibility of proclaiming the Gospel in our city centre and beyond:  St. Andrew's West (260 Bath Street), St. George’s Tron, Glasgow Cathedral, and  Sandyford Henderson Memorial Church.

We are a collection point for Glasgow NW Foodbank based at Blawarthill Parish Church.  The Foodbank gave out 10,613 food parcels last year.

The sanctuary is normally open every Thursday from 12noon till 2pm.

If you miss a Sunday you can get a copy of the pew leaflet from the table in the south west corner of the sanctuary.
